We know starting care with someone new can feel intimidating. That’s why we keep things clear, personal, and pressure-free—so you feel confident from your initial visit.
Initial Visit: Your 60 minute first visit includes a full discussion of your concerns, a comprehensive assessment, and, if appropriate, your first treatment. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s happening in your body and the next steps in your personalized care plan.
Time Commitment: Initial visits take about 45–60 minutes. Follow-ups range from 15–45 minutes depending on your treatment needs, whether it’s K-Laser therapy, rehab-focused chiropractic care, or functional wellness support.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows full movement is best—so we can safely and effectively assess and treat your body.
Forms: Intake paperwork will be emailed after booking to save time at your visit.
