Most patients start care because they’re in pain—and once that pain begins to fade, it’s easy to think the problem is fixed. But here’s the truth: feeling better doesn’t always mean you’re fully healed.
If you’ve had pain, headaches, or other symptoms for months—or even years—your body has been compensating and adapting for a long time. Real healing takes more than just a few good days or weeks. Healing Happens in Phases.
Here’s what to expect with care:
1. Relief Phase
We work to reduce your pain and inflammation so you can start to feel better.
2. Corrective Phase
We address the root causes—imbalances, misalignments, or movement issues—to help your body truly recover.
3. Stabilization Phase
Your body starts to rebuild strength and resilience, helping prevent future flare-ups.
4. Wellness Phase
Ongoing care helps keep you functioning well, so you can stay active and feel your best.
Skipping visits or doing too much too soon can cause setbacks—especially in the early stages. That doesn’t mean care isn’t working. It means your body is still in the process of healing.
You wouldn’t stop brushing your teeth just because they look clean.
And you wouldn’t quit a training program after one good workout.
Your body needs time, consistency, and the right support to fully recover. We’re here to guide you through the full healing journey—not just the first few steps.
Hi, we are Tim & Elisha! We met during chiropractic school in San Jose, California, then we moved to Reno, Nevada, where we got married and began our chiropractic careers. Those early years helped shape our approach to care and set the foundation for the practice we would one day build together.
We’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings—each one teaching us something new about what it means to truly support people on their health journey. Over time, we developed a unique perspective on care: one that blends the depth of clinical knowledge with the value of personalized attention.
Now rooted in Bellingham, we’re proud to call this community home. Our goal is to bring the ideas we’ve learned—evidence based care, whole-person wellness, and patient empowerment—into a warm, accessible, small private-practice setting. We’re honored to serve this community and grow alongside it.
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Moore was a college baseball player with a promising future—until 4 blood clots and a diagnosis of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) in his throwing shoulder brought his career to an abrupt end. That life-altering experience sparked a new passion: understanding the body, healing injuries, and helping others stay in the game—whatever their “game” may be.
Today, Dr. Moore specializes in orthopedic conditions, with a particular focus on shoulder dysfunction and myofascial restrictions. His individualized, hands-on approach blends chiropractic care with targeted soft tissue techniques to restore mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term recovery.
As a diversified practitioner, he draws from a wide toolbox—including SOT blocks, drop table, activator, cupping, and instrument-assisted mobilization—to customize care for each patient.
Driven by a love of movement and a commitment to education, Dr. Moore helps patients build the body awareness and resilience they need to live fully, move confidently, and prevent injury long after their visit.

Dr. Walker is a chiropractor with eight years of clinical experience and a specialization in functional nutrition since 2019. Her care is rooted in both science and personal experience—having lived with psoriasis since childhood, she spent years relying on light therapy and medication before discovering the power of nutrition. By focusing on gut health and reducing inflammation through food and lifestyle changes, she’s now been plaque-free for over a decade.
With dual Bachelor of Education degrees and a background as a rugby player and coach, Dr. Walker blends deep knowledge, discipline, and compassion into her practice. She helps patients understand the gut-brain connection and how digestion, stress, and food choices influence everything from energy and mood to chronic conditions.
Through individualized nutrition plans, targeted supplements, and functional lab reviews, she empowers people to take control of their health—naturally and sustainably.

Hands-on chiropractic spinal adjustments restore proper joint motion and alignment, This supports better communication between the brain and body, improving movement, reducing pain, and enhancing overall neurological function.
A low-force, handheld instrument delivers gentle, targeted chiropractic adjustments—this neurologically focused tool is ideal for sensitive areas, or those preferring a more gentle approach to care.
This specialized table allows for gentle, rhythmic spinal stretching. This is a proven and safe low-force chiropractic option to relieve disc pressure, reduce nerve irritation, and ease back pain.
A drop table uses sections that gently release or “drop” during an adjustment, allowing for a comfortable and precise correction with minimal force. This table design supports spinal alignment while reducing stress on the body during chiropractic care.
Soft wedge-shaped blocks are placed under the pelvis providing a gentle low-force chiropractic adjustment of the spine and pelvis, promoting balance in the nervous system.
A handheld tool is used to break up fascial restrictions and scar tissue, improving range of motion and speeding soft tissue healing.
An ancient practice—cups are applied to the skin to improve circulation, release muscle tension, and support tissue recovery.
A hands-on technique that targets tight fascia and muscles to relieve pain, reduce tension, and improve mobility.

Yes.
No. Because we operate on a flat-rate model and do not itemize services, we do not provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. Superbills are part of the traditional insurance system and require detailed coding for each individual service. Our approach eliminates that complexity, allowing us to deliver high-quality care without the limitations or overhead of the insurance model—so we can spend more time helping you feel better.
Currently, our clinic provides care for patients ranging from 16 to 64 years old.
